What is Solar Dried Bananas?
Our sun-dried bananas come from a special, local variety from the exotic Boloven Plateau in southern Laos. Called Guay Nam, it is consumed by the Lao people in the form of chips or grilled over a wood fire. But only once it is dried at full maturity does it reveals its aromatic splendor.
