Ingredients:
 180 g Butter
 185 g Sugar
 1 Egg
 1 tsp Liquid vanilla extract
 240 g Flour
 1 tbsp Cornstarch
 1 tsp Baking powder
 170 g Milk chocolate chips

Take the butter out of the refrigerator 1 or 2 hours before starting to bake.

Cut the butter into pieces and place it in a bowl. Add the sugar and whisk until you get a fluffy texture. Add the whole egg and liquid vanilla. Mix well. Then add the flour, cornstarch and baking powder and mix everything together.

Cut the dried bananas into slices about 1 cm wide. Stir in the milk chocolate chips and the dried banana slices into the cookie dough.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and form small balls, spacing them sufficiently on the baking sheet. This is because the cookies will swell, they should not touch each other when baking.

Bake your cookies in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for 10 minutes. When you take them out of the oven, your cookies are very soft, don’t panic, this is normal, they will harden as they cool!
