Sacha Inchi seed chocolate cones recipe

Ingredients:
 50 ml Milk
 50 g Glucose
 125 g Butter
 150 g Sugar
 15 g Cocoa powder

Using a saucepan, crush Go Go! SuperSeeds Salted or Go Go! SuperSeeds Spicy into small pieces.

Put the butter, sugar, milk and glucose in a saucepan. Cook it over a low heat at 110 ° C. Check the doneness with a sugar thermometer.

Add the crushed superseeds and mix everything with a wooden spatula. Reserve your apparatus in a container and let it rest for a few minutes.

Preheat your oven to 180° C.

Using a spatula, spread the preparation on a baking mat or baking paper. Cover everything with a sheet of baking paper and homogenize the surface (½ cm thick) using a rolling pin.

Cook 5-6 minutes.
