Vegan breakfast gluten-free. A smoothie recipe with Omega-3 Oil proposed by Alta Selva in collaboration with Paola Borgini.
Peel the fruit, cut it into cubes and put it in a blender adding the squeezed orange and lemon juice.
Add the almond milk or water and start blending.
If you want an even smoother and velvety smoothie, add ice cubes.
At this point add the Sacha Inchi oil.
Blend until you reach the desired consistency, adjusting with the liquid.
Once ready, pour the smoothie into the glasses and sip slowly.
