Simple Mango Smoothie

 1 Ripe mango
 1 Golden apple
 1 Orange
 1 Lemon juice - almond milk to taste (or plain water)
 2 Ice cube (optional)
 1 tsp Sacha Inchi Omega-3 Oil

Peel the fruit, cut it into cubes and put it in a blender adding the squeezed orange and lemon juice.


Add the almond milk or water and start blending.


If you want an even smoother and velvety smoothie, add ice cubes.


At this point add the Sacha Inchi oil.


Blend until you reach the desired consistency, adjusting with the liquid.


Once ready, pour the smoothie into the glasses and sip slowly.
