Snacked Lobster on bed of Salad, crunchy radish, Go Go! SuperSeeds Spicy or Salted, Red Boloven Peppercorn, Omega-3 Oil, covered with Mulberry and Lemon Basil Infusion, from Head Chef Sébastien Kubler.
Cut the radishes and the salad (after washing them) into strips.
Heat some water and put Mulberry leaf tea with lemon basil to infuse.
Shell and sear the lobster tails and sear them with a knob of butter (do not overcook them so that they remain translucent in the middle).
Arrange everything in a bowl (salad, radish, Go Go! SuperSeeds Salted or Spicy, red peppercorn and lobster).
Add a drizzle of Sacha Inchi Omega-3 Oil.
Pour mulberry leaf tea with lemon basil infusion and a pinch of fleur de sel.
