Ingredients:
 80 g Sugar (blond or wholemeal ideally)
 50 ml Almond milk
 120 g Flour
 50 g Pecan nuts or Sacha Inchi roasted seeds
 40 g Dark chocolate chips
 1 tsp Vanilla
 1 tsp Baking powder
 ½ tsp Baking soda (optional)

In a large bowl, combine the almond milk, sugar, vanilla and Sacha Inchi butter.

Add while sifting the flour, baking powder and baking soda, mix with a large spoon or spatula.

Coarsely chop the pecans or Sacha Inchi nuts, the chocolate and add them to the preparation

Place in the fridge for 20 minutes, then form balls of the same size that you flatten with a fork (to crisscross the top).

Bake at 180 ° C for 10 minutes, and let cool before eating.
